Mike:

Every year we continue to watch to acronym and definition coining process under a evolving argument of mature methodology.

In the past couple of years, a lot of initiatives are trying to construct body of knowledge's, accords, etc.

This year at a BPM event in Lisbon Cherie Wilkins presented a great discussion about – What is a Process? http://ultrabpm.wordpress.com/2011/07/03/bpm-lisbon-conference-2011-wrap-up/ and concluded that even among the community don't agree about a single definition.

You refer to the confusion at C-level, now imagine at blue collar level.

I finally understood why C-level execs take 2 years to make an investment.
